Dear old and new guests, we would like to inform you that the classification of our accommodation has changed from a guesthouse to a villa. The breakfast as a service has no longer available. The Balaton Fantasy Villa opens its doors for corporate- and family events, and groups of friends – outside of the season.
About Us
The thousand faces of Balaton
We opened the accomodation first in 2015 as a family business. In 2019 we had a complete renovation, and reopened with a completely new concept in 2020, under the name Balaton Fantasy Pension. We will continue our activity as an apartment house under the name Balaton Fantasy Villa from 2023. The accomodation is located in Balatonarács which is a part of Balatonfüred where you can enjoy an exquisite view in a calm area, find several hiking options and even traditional Balaton-homes.
We always valued highs standards and continous improvement, therefore we renovated the whole house in 2019 by giving each room its own style, where everyone can find the most suitable for their needs. The newly built swimming pool and the rich breakfast became our most valued service.

Nyugodt, csendes helyen van, nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy. Külön bejáratú lakrész, saját konyhával, fürdővel. A buszmegálló fél perc sétára van. Nagyon kedvesek a vendéglátók, van egy gyönyörű, szelid kutyusuk. Történelmi városrészben található a szállás.

Szép a szoba, a ház maga is, a kert, az úszómedence, a kilátás az ablakból a Balatonra, a reggeli svédasztalos és minden volt amit csak reggelire el tudok képzelni. Az ár érték arány nagyon rendben van. Mindössze 3-400 m séta tőlük a Söptei pincészet-étterem, ahol életem legjobb vacsoráját ettem.

Is it possible to pay with a SZÉP card?
Yes, you can pay with OTP, K&H and MKB SZÉP cards.
How far is the pension from the beach?
Kisfaludy beach is approx. 2500 m, about a 25 minutes walk from the pension. There is a bus station at the end of the street with direct connections to the beach.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, the deposit is 30% of the total, but it depends on the size of the final. We will notify you by email after booking. The reservation is only guaranteed upon arrival of the reservation.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, minimum 4 nights in high season, minimum 2 nights in low season.
Do you have bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided in each room. Beach towels are not provided.
Does each room have a bathroom and kitchen?
There is a bathroom in each room. There is no kitchen in the Kék Balaton, Koloska, Vitorlás and Sirály rooms, but we provide a mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine in each room.
